About 25 percent of children in Qatar are allergic to milk and the commonest food allergy is linked to cow’s milk, shows a recent study conducted by the Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). Children are found to be the least allergic to wheat.

UK MP to take up visa issue in parliament
The Home Affairs Committee of the British parliament will make a case to grant Qatari citizens exemption from visas to enter Britain. The chair of the Committee, Keith Vaz, who was in Doha yesterday, plans to take this proposal to parliament after a tour of the region.
