His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, inaugurated the Korean Hospital KMC in Lusail City on 10 June 2024.
Following the opening, His Excellency toured the hospital's wings, where 155 Korean and international medical personnel work. Dr Suanpyo Lee, the Medical Director of the Korean Hospital, and several hospital department heads explained the hospital’s specialized departments and centres.
The opening was attended by His Excellency Mr Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Attiyah, Minister of Municipality, His Excellency Mr Jeon-ho Lee, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the State of Qatar, Mr. Mohammed Moataz Al-Khayat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investment Holding, Mr. Ramez Al-Khayyat, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the Company, and Engineer Mohammed. Bin Badr Al-Sada, CEO of the Group, members of the Board of Directors of Investment Holding, Mr. Joseph Hazel, CEO of Elegancia Healthcare, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Qalla, Director General of the Korean Hospital.
