Residents of Qatar can now receive labour law updates and other relevant news from the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour, and Social Affairs – Qatar (ADLSA-Qatar) via its Facebook page.
An important tool for the dissemination of information for citizens and expats alike, the Ministry’s Facebook page, which was launched a year ago in January 2017, has announced that it will be publishing all updates in relation to the Qatar Labour Law and other need-to-know news through the social media platform in an attempt to reach a broader audience and facilitate increased communication.
Thus far in recent news, content shared on the Ministry’s Facebook page has included an infographic video on Qatar’s pension claim process, workplace safety practices for construction sites, and on-time wage payment by employers, among others.
