CREWQ: Road To Gold, Qatar’s award winning dance team set to compete in 2024 UDO World competition in UK is preparing their Send-Off show that will thrill audiences this August 2024.
CREWQ: Road To Gold is an initiative with MFEC Street Dance and MFEC Coaches powered by the training and show venue provider Sherborne Qatar. LIL CREWQ and CREWQ JR have been qualified from hundreds of winners across the world, who wowed the UDO judges in a video audition last 2024 May.
MFEC hopes that CREWQ: Road To Gold will be a platform to discover talented Qatar youth, empower them via opportunities, mentorship and training given by skilled professionals, with the aspiration of nurturing the next generation of dance athletes that can shine on the world stage.
Team recognize winning is important and strive for success, but also value the journey. Competitive dance shapes the confident and diligent leaders of the future. Dancers learn delayed gratification and that triumph is not an overnight or easy accomplishment. We use the challenges & disappointments that are natural in dance to build self-reliance, leadership & adventure to benefit the next generation of our community.
CREWQ have won numerous awards and accolades over 2 years, including championship awards and the milestone of winning still continues for LIL CREW entering their 1st competition to UDO U10 Beginners level this year and CREWQ JR garnered 7thplace UDO U14 last year and wish to rise up victors this year in the UDO U12 Beginners category.
CREWQ: Road To Gold SHOW will entertain and enthrall Doha dance community of all ages featuring local artist and highlighting the CREWQ pieces for the UK competition.
The program centre on the eminent dance choreography of the Coaches how they form their dancers into a cohesive unit to compete. The show focuses on bringing dancers from different backgrounds together for street dance. Also surprise dance artist is invited to complete the line-up show for our hopefuls.
