Ladies Training Days at Losail International Circuit — Tuesday, Nov. 7

Girls just wanna have fun! The Losail International Circuit will be hosting Ladies Training Days twice a month!

The Losail track will be open only for ladies to be able to exercise in one of the largest venues in Doha with privacy, as well as enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as cycling, walking, running or rollerblading.

Bicycles and gear will be available so ladies won’t have to bring their personal cycles from home. There will be special trainers available to provide yoga lessons, a mini-bootcamp; walking, jogging and other activities. There will also be an allocated area for children. A small rental fee for bicycles will be charged: QR 35 for 1st hour, QR 40 for 2nd hour.

You will be asked to complete a registration form and sign a waiver.

Distance: The Track is 5.31km long. You can do as many laps as you like during the scheduled time.

Security: There will be an abaya and bag check-in station. No men will be allowed inside the track area. CCTV will only be monitored by female staff.

*Please note only boys under 9 years of age will be allowed inside the track.*

The 4th Katara European Jazz Festival — Wednesday, Nov. 8 - Sunday, Nov. 12

Top jazz musicians from 11 European countries will feature the fourth edition of Katara European Jazz Festival to be held from November 8 to 12.

Launched in 2014, the festival has grown through the years, from five participants in its inaugural edition to 11 participating countries this year including Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, Romania and Switzerland.

Festival performances will take place behind Katara Building 5 from November 8 to 12 from 7pm to 9.30pm. Two to three artists will perform every night during the course of the festival. In addition, there will be workshops to be conducted by the Jazz artistes in cooperation with Qatar Music Academy.
