The Met office has issued caution as sea levels may go up considerably at times to reach up to 14ft at times in the offshore areas. The average could be anywhere between seven and 12ft. Fishermen are instructed not to venture out.
However, by late evening the water levels may recede considerably to five to eight ft levels. In the inshore areas, the maximum expected sea height is 4ft.
The Met office has said both in the onshore and offshore areas the winds could go beyond 30 knots at times but there could be fall in their speed late in the evening to 14 to 22 knots levels.

The visibility will be in the region of four to eight kilometres but could fall to 3km or even less in some areas. Though there is expected to be a marginal rise Friday to 13C in the minimum temperature from Thursday's 11C, the day's maximum will not be more than 22C against Thursday's 24C.

The forecasters expect the coolest weather conditions of the day in the southern areas, with identical minimum temperature of 13C in Mesaieed and Wakrah. The maximum of 22C would be in Doha and Al Khor.
The minimum and maximum in Doha and other places are as follows: Doha (15C and 22C), Mesaieed (13C and 21C), Wakrah (13C and 21C), Al Khor (16C and 22C), Ruwais (17C and 20C), Dukhan (14C and 19C) and Abu Samra (14C and 21C). (Source)
