Can I keep my family for 3 weeks to complete school after cancelled My RP and FAMILY MEMBERS RP.

Some one said "you can keep them and pay QAR 10/day until your departure"....is it valid statement or not.

Some one said "You have to leave the country within 7 days"
Any lawyer/Manthoop/HR can help me on this points.....
Please clarify.....

Some says that as per new QATAR LAW, a person staying after cancellation of RP should have to pay QR 30 (some says QR10)per day..One can stay for only 7 days after the cancellation of RP..Some even says that as per immigration law one can stay up to 3 months after cancellation without penalty..

Please help me - urgent....

When you cancel the RP you have an expirey date. It is 100 QR a day after the expirey date and that isn't a fee it is a fine.

Can anybody be terminated without reason? Is just giving a one month period enough WITHOUT stating any reason for termination? What if there is a bank loan, what will be the consequence?

hi sunflower, i guess amnesia answered already your inquiry, it is stated that a 100 QR fine per day after your RP was cancelled. Your children must go with you at the same time when you leave as they are all dependent with your RP.

Hpt is right.

Regarding termination. The company can say that they are not satisfied with your performance.

If you have a loan then you cannot leave the country until it is paid. That is one of Qatars strange unfair circles.

You cannot work and you cannot leave unless you pay the loan. It is strange.

Best would be to beg for a NOC and pray you can find a another job if they do give you the NOC. Else it's bye bye Qatar.
